Are you dog friendly?

All rooms at The Shore House are pet-friendly. A $100 flat fee includes bowls, doggy bags, and a welcome gift bag for your pup. Exotic animals are not permitted. Fees: $100 for up to two nights; the 3rd night or more is an additional $50. Max weight: 65 lbs.

How far are you from the beach?

Narragansett Town Beach is 0.7 miles from the hotel. Other nearby options include Scarborough State Beach and Roger Wheeler State Beach.

Yes. We guarantee one free parking spot per reservation. If you have more than one vehicle, there is additional street parking on Ocean Road.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast including fresh fruit, bagels, and 24/7 coffee in the lobby of the main inn.

Do you have an elevator?

No. To preserve the historic charm of our buildings, no elevator was installed. If stairs are a concern, our Deluxe King or Deluxe Double rooms do not require stairs. Patio King and Patio Double rooms require 5 steps up to the room. All other rooms are on the 2nd floor or higher and require stairs.

Do you have a destination fee?

Yes. A destination fee of $25 per day plus tax is applied to each reservation. It helps provide bicycle rentals, concierge service, patio and garden areas with breathtaking views, WiFi, on-site parking (1 car), seaside dining, breakfast, beach towels and chairs, waters, 24hr coffee/tea, infused water upon arrival, and more.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit of up to two nights room and tax is taken at the time of booking. April–May and September–October: cancel 7 days prior to arrival. June–August: cancel 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within these windows forfeit the full deposit. Any remaining balance is due upon check-in. Reservations after check-in are non-refundable, and stays shortened after check-in will be charged the original number of nights booked.

What time is check in/check out?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out at 1 pm may be requested for a $75 fee, based on availability.

Do you offer Bicycles?

Yes. We have four complimentary Priority bicycles available for registered guests to use during their stay.

Do you offer beach gear?

Yes. Complimentary beach chairs and towels are available during your stay.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes. Sea Craft is located in the main inn and is open 7 days a week (reservations recommended). Current summer hours: Monday–Thursday 4 pm–9 pm, Friday 4 pm–10 pm, Saturday 12 pm–10 pm, and Sunday 12 pm–8 pm.
